Some important things to note about my process is I work back and forth until you have approved a sketch, then after approving the sketch I ask for half the payment. After you have approved whatever edits you would like of your final commission, I ask for the rest of the payment!

I only take payments through PayPal under business transactions only.

You will receive a full refund if I cannot continue or have to cancel your commission in the case of emergencies (i.e. you receive no art whatsoever), but other than an emergency situation/cancellation on my end before your commissions has started be aware I do not issue refunds after a payment has already been sent AND I have already initiated starting your commission!

Royalties are handled on a case-by-case basis; either resulting in a one-time license fee, an advance, or an agreement over the gross/net sales of the copyright material.

Regardless of outcome of commissions, partnerships, or royalty agreements; all works created by me are copyrighted under my brand and MUST be credited on the platform(s) that the created artwork is shared upon.
